Hot Shot Basketball Contest
Calling all Basketball Hot Shots and Wannabes!
Show off your skills and moves this summer at the 4 th annual Hanover Harvest Festival Hot Shots Basketball Contest, Saturday, August 2.
From 2-4 p.m. on Settler’s Park basketball court near the athletic fields, the court heats up! Lay ups, free throws, 3-point shots; maybe even some fancy footwork, will be the hottest activity of the day.
Entry fee is $2 per contestant ages three and up. Age groups for boys and girls will be set that day based on registration entries. All ages are welcome – and best of all – enter as often as you like to better your score and put you in the fast lane for awards.
Medals go to the first 25 contestants (age 11 and under). Winners with the highest total score in each age category go home with a trophy. Awards will be presented at the end of the contest.
